Louis Oosthuizen Hits A 500-Yard Drive At the Ballantine’s Championship…And Pars the Hole

Louis Oosthuizen had a rare opportunity on Friday at the Ballantine’s Championship in Korea- to get up and down for eagle.  Yep, Louis nearly drove the green on the par 5 583 yard 1st hole and had just a short pitch left for his second shot, it’s just that he wasn’t trying to make this happen when standing on the tee…

Gareth Maybin Golf Trick Shot Video- The Unheralded Northern Irishman Shows Off His Talents

We’ve all seen it- golf shot trickery has been around for decades.  Anything from the Tiger Woods commercial where he’s casually bouncing the ball on his wedge, through his legs, behind his back (the recent re-make with a different cast sucks by the way) then all the way to those dudes that hit the ball with rope-shafted clubs or hit balls from a tee stuck in someone’s mouth, and everything in between. European Tour Golfer Andreas Harto Strips Down To Underwear To Play Shot- Feherty Follows It With Classic Remark

Apparently attempting to do his best Henrik Stenson imitation, Danish golfer Andreas Harto hit a shot out of the water pants-less (or trouser-less as the Euro Tour announcers would say) on Sunday at the European Tour’s Trophee Hassan II event in Morocco.  Oh, but it doesn’t stop there.  Following his successful excavation from the water hazard, Harto shuffled his way onto the green to mark his ball, ahem, still pants-less.  Harto didn’t do himself any favors as he bent over directly rear facing the camera, giving full view of his hyper colored underwear.

Well, at least we all know who Andreas Harto is now.

Added note- To add to the hilarity, the always quip-full David Feherty was on Golf Channel’s Morning Drive show on Monday morning and was asked about the incident.  Feherty replied that he hadn’t yet seen footage of Harto’s underwear-ian moment, but remarked- “Well, at least it wasn’t Colin Montgomerie.”  You rule, Mr Feherty.
