Jim Furyk Carries Two Drivers On Thursday at Valero Texas Open In Prep For Masters

We’ve all heard of players adding extra wedges in preparation for a tournament, as well as tinkering with the lofts and settings of their drivers and fairway woods, but adding two drivers to the bag?  Well, with the exception of Phil Mickelson (who did the same thing in winning his second green jacket in ‘06), this takes tinkering to another level, and that’s exactly what Jim Furyk is experimenting with this week at the Valero Texas Open in preparation for next week’s Masters.

CBS’ The Masters Music- Goosebump City

There are many things that make The Masters uniquely incredible- $1.50 pimento cheese sandwiches, the greenest green you’ve ever seen, Amen Corner, green jackets, the par 3 contest and oh so much more.  Right towards the top of that list without a doubt is CBS’ Masters music.

Back in 1981, David Loggins composed a tune specific for The Masters, and it’s been highly identifiable with the tradition unlike any other ever since.
