Vijay Singh Files Lawsuit Against PGA Tour to “Reclaim His Reputation”…..As If He Had One to Begin With #dickhead

Following being completely let off the hook by the PGA Tour after admitted drug usage, Vijay Singh filed a lawsuit against the PGA Tour today attempting to “reclaim his reputation” following “reckless administration and implementation of its Anti-Doping Program.”   The lawsuit states that “Singh struggled to keep his focus, play at a level that made him one of the game’s all-time greats,” and that “as a result of the Tour’s action” he has been labeled by the Tour, media, pros and fans as a guy who took a banned substance.

This is so comically hilarious I don’t even know where to begin, so I’ll just break it down line by line:

–  Attempting to “reclaim his reputation”  —– Vijay has long been known as the DICKHEAD of the PGA Tour- I’ve heard countless stories of him walking into locker rooms, fitness trailers, manufacturer trucks and elsewhere just screaming at employees and volunteers and acting like a total I’m-better-than-you jerk- this just further proves that dickhead label.  Apparently the PGA Tour and others aren’t smart enough to realize that it wasn’t just a coincidence that Vijay took a drug that there was no known test for, hmm……..

–  “Reckless administration and implementation of its Anti-Doping Program.” —— This is the only skinny straw that Veej can grasp onto here.  The Tour did take too long to announce the ruling and even when announcing, almost created more confusion than clarity.  Either way, Vijay admitted his usage of the drug when the drug was illegal at the time.

– “Singh struggled to keep his focus, play at a level that made him one of the game’s all-time greats” —– Vijay is now 50 years old and hasn’t won since 2008.  Sorry Veej, you’re well past the twilight of your career, and not even deer antler spray or Fijian voodoo banana peppers can change that.

– “As a result of the Tour’s action” he has been labeled by the Tour, media, pros and fans as a guy who took a banned substance. —— Um again, Vijay admitted his usage of the deer antler spray drug himself!

No doubt about it, a big black eye for the PGA Tour heading into its marquee event.  Worst part about this is that we thought the story was done and over with, at least with Vijay.  Nope, apparently it’s just beginning.

I think I speak for all golf fans when I stand up and shout- Just shut up already Vijay
